Led by an all-star band, the ‘Rocking Reception’ delivers an amazing interactive song writing experience alongside a killer show. No previous musical experience is necessary. And everyone is assured they won’t have to sing solo, unless of course they want to!
Song Division delivers truly interactive entertainment that puts your company front and center at your own private concert.
While your guests mingle over drinks, the Song Division emcee takes to the stage and introduces the members of the all-star band, listing some of the famous artists they’ve worked with. The emcee then announces that these elite musicians will lead the crowd in writing an original song and later treat the audience to their own private show, adding that no one will be picked randomly to sing, so they can sit back and enjoy the show!
With the excitement building, the emcee interacts with the audience in a fun and low-pressure way, gathering all the necessary input to create an original song, both music and lyrics, in as fast as 10 minutes. Following dinner and/ or awards, the band will arrange the song interactively with the group. Volunteers are given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to jam alongside some of the world’s top musical talent, joining the band on stage to play guitar, percussion or sing background vocals as the room joins in the fun.
For awards ceremonies, the Song Division band plays honorees on and off the stage with appropriate, high-octane hits such as “We are the Champions”, maintaining energy levels that ensure an unforgettable evening.
For fundraisers, the Song Division band will serve as your fundraising platform. On the auction block: the honor of naming the band, singing, contributing lyrics, playing guitar next to a legendary musician, and taking home one or all of the instruments used and signed by the Song Division band. At the end of the night, your charity or organization will have its very own song written by your supporters!
Following dessert, the band will segue seamlessly into a party set of dance floor-filling hits from the last four decades, which feature “special guest appearances” from audience members. These top-notch players are yours for the night.
