Colbie Caillat is a singer-songwriter from Malibu, California, who rose to fame through social media platform MySpace. At the time, she became the number one unsigned artist in her genre. Her debut album, “Coco,” named after her family nickname, was released in 2007 on the Universal Republic Records label. Containing her hit singles “Bubbly” and “Realize,” was certified 2 x Platinum. Her second album, “Breakthrough,” debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, and was nominated for best pop vocal album in the 2010 Grammies. She was part of a group who won a Grammy in 2010 for her background vocals and writing on Taylor Swift’s “Fearless” album. Caillat has sold over six million albums and ten milion singles worldwide.
