Attendees from across the APAC region joined in with SongDivision for a relaxing and memorable Virtual Energy & Well-Being Session using the power of music. Over the course of the session attendees connected with each other, while sharpening their focus and developing greater mindfulness.  In addition to learning musical techniques for controlling the breath and activating sense of sound, participants collaborated in the creation of a soulful original tune with the help of SongDivision’s world-class musicians. SongDivision’s Energy & Well-Being sessions are intended to shed light on mental health in the workplace and music’s proven ability to increase happiness and inspire greater productivity.

SongDivision’s rockstar hosts for this session included: Christo Alexander (Leading Musical MC/Facilitator for Fortune 500s), Kiki Courtidis (Coldplay, ARIA Award Winner), NyaLi (Andrea Bocelli, Kristin Chenoweth), Sam McNeill (Award-Winning MC/Facilitator for Fortune 500s), Ze Wen Seah (Renowned Singaporean Performer/Songwriter), and Roxane Lebrasse (Australian Idol, The Voice, Jimmy Barnes, Guy Sebastian).

Thank you to all who joined and for doing right by yourself by ‘finding time for number one’. We’re looking forward to connecting with you again using music!
