Music For Mental Health Virtual Energy

Helping others is one of SongDivision’s most prominent core values, which is why for Mental Health Awareness Month we put together a special Energy & Well-Being Session focused on music’s proven ability to increase happiness and energy, stimulate memory and develop strong bonds. Through engaging discussion and interactive music programming, the SongDivision USA team worked with participants to generate mindfulness, increase productivity and unite the group. Everyone left feeling recharged and ready to face the day with a positive mindset.

SongDivision’s world-class musical hosts for the session included: Angus Clark (Cher, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Benji Harris (toured with Cassadee Pope, Brooks & Dunn), Jodi Katz (Miley Cyrus, Josh Groban), and John Lombardo (toured with Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins).

Thank you to everyone who joined for bringing your positive energy and taking a musical moment with us! Let’s make some more great music together again soon.

Check out the video recap above, as well as the full-length track and custom Spotify playlist (selected by attendees) below…
