UK Europe Virtual Well Being Breaks

In the lead up to the UK’s Mental Health Awareness Week, SongDivision hosted a free Energy & Well-Being Session focused on music’s ability to help people and companies manage mental health challenges. Participants tuned in to experience music’s proven ability to boost energy and develop greater mindfulness. With everyone in a relaxed headspace, the group collaborated on the creation of this chilled-out original house track to express key themes from the session.

SongDivision’s inspirational rockstar hosts for this session included: James Junior (Sting, 30 Seconds to Mars), Rick Ahir (James Arthur, David Guetta), Roo Savill (Florence & the Machine, Nile Rodgers) and Sam McNeill (Award-Winning MC/Facilitator for Fortune 500s).

Thanks so much for joining the session! Let’s make some more great music together again soon.
