Guided by our world-class musicians, your team will explore what your core values really mean—not as corporate buzzwords, but as specific behaviours that show up in everyday work.

In this high-energy 90-minute session, we dig into stories, actions, and moments that bring your values to life, then shape them into lyrics and music your team creates together. After your team have written their lyrics, they’ll perform their new core value song together, united around a shared understanding of what your values actually look like in practice.

While the song captures your values in words and music, the process of writing it together is where teams often experience those values first-hand. Participants are asked to lean into uncertainty, collaborate in real time, listen to each other, contribute ideas, support one another, and stay open and curious as something new takes shape.

Teams regularly practise values like teamwork, communication, belonging, creativity, adaptability, and growth mindset throughout the session—often without realising it. The experience isn’t just about writing a song; it’s about showing up with your teammates, being vulnerable, bringing positive energy into unfamiliar moments, and putting your values into practice together.
