Monica Dolso

Having celebrated 10 years with SongDivision, Monica lives and breathes its objective to build culture and teams. Her background in Psychology, Social Work, Adult Education, Management and Group Dynamics are guiding forces in the events she produces and hosts.

Monica’s experience includes working with global brands in a range of industries including ING, Pfizer and McDonald’s, along with Australian-based companies such as CommBank and Campbell Arnotts. She’s a pro at identifying creative solutions for a wide variety of scenarios including company mergers, newly established teams, company rebrands, experiential campaigns and complex entertainment briefs. As an award-winning member of the events industry, she excels at collaborating with other event producers on creative content, logistics and execution. Monica was instrumental in winning ‘Meeting and Events Australia’s’ National Support Services Award and Best CSR Program over multiple years.

From a family of well-known musicians, Monica understands the power of music first-hand and shares it at every event she works on.
